Mind vs Heart

To sum it up, I couldn’t have had a better day. The day which started with an unplanned tour of entire city ended with the engagement ceremony of a very close friend. There was nothing bombastic or adventurous about the day, but that doesn’t have to be the case every time for the day to be awesome. Sometimes you just look for simplicity. Sometimes serenity is enough to steal your heart. And sometimes a state of calmness is something nothing could possibly match up with. Such was my day. Sweet, Simple yet Subtle.

Few things, here and there, keep troubling me every now and then. Every thing that is minutely related with the person who hold your complete reverence for you, is enough to trouble you. Most of the times it is unreasonable, most of the times it’s uncalled for. And most of the times it acts as a tranquilizer. But still, even after realizing the above stated facts, you are unable to convince yourself not to fall in trap. And that is just one of the infinite beauties of life. The confusion. The disarray. The disorder. Mind vs Heart. Heart vs mind. The most epic duel ever.
